What could the side affects be if someone takes 6 evening primrose tablets a day when you should only take?
well although in the first instance these wont do much ,but they can act to balance hormones , and could possibly interfere with your cycle or cause mood swings so not advisable but shouldnt do a great deal of harm , but you canget an upset tummy as someone already said.

Reply:As it's not a medicine but a natural occurring oil, your body would only take in what it needs and poo out the rest. It won't do you any harm at all. If you took like 20 it would make you feel sick tho, same as drinking a a gulp or two of cooking oil and having it sitting in your stomach!!
Reply:may make you feel a little funny...and also give you lovely shiney hair and nails...but i would not recommend overdosing on epo!

Reply:it should have a greater effect on you.Watch out for small side effects,like a dicky tummy etc....and if you are on prescribed medication check first if you`re allowed to take evening primrose,some medications it doesn`t advise taking it with.
