Is it better to take 1 fish, 1 flaxseed oil instead of 2 of the same? what about even primrose oil?

im debating whether i should take 2 fish, 2 flaxseed, or 1 of each supplement daily. i also would like to take evening primrose oil too. should i just take 1 EPO, and 1 of either fish/flax? or... what. would that get me all omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9? i don't want to buy a omega 3, 6, 9 supplement cuz they're much harder to find and more expensive =P thanks for your help!

One of each per 24 hours is quite sufficient. You should not overdo supplements, as that could on the long run lead to some imbalance. And Evening Primrose is always recommendable.
