Can I take evening primrose capsules and Starflower capsules together?

I've been suffering really bad with my PMT lately and it's starting to affect me worse every month. Worst is the mood swings and irratability. And I get soo emotional and tearful. I have to come off the pill for health reasons and am hoping this will help with my PMT. But also heard the above 2 supplements were good for PMT. But can I take them together? And what's the best dose? Thanks. And any other advice from other PMT sufferers - it's even starting to affect my relationship and I'm worried my boyfriend is pulling his hair out! Thanks,

actually you can get a combination of both in a single capsule ,my wife takes them ,just bought some from tescos the other day

Reply:yes you can take them both together i did for the same reasons and it really helped . I got the tablets called well woman from a supermarket which as both ingredients in them they do work good luck
