Im currntly 32 weeks pregnant.
When can I start taking EVENING PRIMROSE OIL to help ripen my cervix for birth???
I generally suggest week from week 36 on!
Take 3 orally a day, and insert an opened one at nite..be sure to wear a pad as they can get a little messy!

It is generally suggested you wait until you are full term which is 37 weeks.
