ive been taking these tablets for 12 days now i bought the well woman / evening primrose oil starflower oil combination and have only been taking them for 12 days, so far no pmt whatsoever and my period has not arrived either was due on sunday
has anyone tried these, have they worked, do they stop pms, do they stop periods? any side effects on them are they ok to take with other medicines ???

They don't stop your periods, it must be a coincidence. As far as I know it's ok to take other medications with them, but it would be a good idea to ask your doctor or pharmacist before you take any other medications along with them.
I don't know of any side-effects. But again, ask your doctor or pharmacist. It's something that a pharmacist in particular will know all about.
Reply:They're only supposed to help with cramps and pms-- they're not supposed to make your periods stop. You should talk to a pharmacist to make sure you can take it with the other meds you're on. And always talk to your doctor before starting any new treatments-- even herbal.
Reply:they wont stop them theyre afterall a herbal remedy. they are to help with symptoms of pmt. First thing dr will ask is are u sure your not pregnant??
