I just got off depo and I've been missing some periods and am wondering if evening primrose oil caplets will help regulate my out of whack hormones and hence make conception easier when I start trying in september? Is this herb dangerous to take close to conception and how well does it work to level hormones? Thanks

Reply:I don't know about EPO for regulating periods but I have heard of Vitex or Chaste Berry for this purpose. Good luck.
