i am taking it as doctor's prescription for a healthy menstrual cycle for woman. but my freinds say it can make you fat.. is true?
Is it true that taking evening primrose oil can make you fat or gain weight?
No not at all. If you look at the capsules they only have maybe 2 grams of fat. You REQUIRE tons more than that each day just to maintain your body tissues. So no way. That's a great thing to take. I actually just started taking it too by suggestion from my chinese herbalist doctor. It's great for cramps, PMS, hot flashes, breast tenderness, and moodiness it says..on the bottle of mine. Cheers!
