Does evening primrose oil really help cramps?

I get the worst menstrual cramps and nothing seems to ease them.... every month i'm doubled over in pain, literally spending the whole day in bed. i've heard evening primrose oil helps, and I was just wondering if/how well it works! thanks

Reply:I never try the primirose oil. I'll look into with them and I'll see if this work. I will check at UNLV and I'll find out about primrose oil, if this work for cramp.
