How long does it take for evening primrose oil to work for PMT, does it actually work? Any other suggestions?
I think herbal remedies are bunk for people with more than mild conditions. That stuff didn't work for me. It's like st. johns wort for depression, nice placebo for the mildly to moderately depressed but, it doesn't work on people with real depression.
Though, if your symptoms are not severe, it might work and it could take up to a few months.
